I (Vicki) came across an article in which the author provided a listing of items to put in a “Survival Dental Kit”, which included:
- “Oil of oregano” and
- “Oil of cloves”.
Folks who are familiar with essential oils may know these by the names:
- Oregano essential oil and
- Clove essential oil.
Some people’s mouths are more sensitive than others. Or they may have a dental health challenge that increase sensitivity to certain substances.
If you purchase 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils, then remember that these two named essential oils are strong. When compiling your dental kit, just remember to include a carrier oil for dilution if needed.
