We have so much for which to be thankful every day of the year, even when unpleasant situations arise.
After Mike was injured on the job in February 2012, we were immediately faced with a number of serious decisions.
We didn’t know it at the time, but as a result of his injury — and the second offer of a Young Living essential oil blend — we came to understand the power of their 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oils.
Two Confrontations
Besides Mike being hurt, Vicki also had to deal with something unpleasant.
You see, Mike experienced muscular system support from the essential oil blend whenever Vicki diluted and applied it topically to his body. So, we both knew that there was something to this product.
That’s when Vicki had to admit that her pre-conceived view of (or understanding about) essential oils had been wrong (or erroneous).
But once she came to understand
- what essential oils are,
- what essential oils can do,
- how essential oils are used, and

she was freed up to use and share Young Living’s products for wellness, purpose and abundance.
Not By Essential Oils Alone
Over 6.5 weeks, Mike worked to regain his mobility and functionality by doing exercises. Before each “workout”, Vicki applied the diluted essential oil blend.
The Lord healed Mike completely in significant part due to the 100% pure, therapeutic grade essential oil blend. He was able to return to work as a professional truck driver with no restrictions.
Once that happened, we began to order one Young Living essential oil at a time and then test it.
Over time — and doing much research — we became convinced of the products, the company and the business opportunity.
We have since begun to earn money monthly as Young Living Independent Distributors.
So, even though it took an injury to get us to “take a look” at Young Living, we’ve benefited as a result.
We are truly thankful to the Lord for this.
