How to Request a Conference

How to Request a Conference
with Mr. Michael E. Simons

Mr. Simons encourages open communication with his students and their parents. His personal schedule shows the days of the week and the time slots on those days when he is available to meet for conferences. Some of these time slots require no previously scheduled appointment. However other time slots do require an appointment to be set.

In order to better facilitate the processing of your conference request, please select on the form below two different time slots that are

at least 24 hours in advance of the requested time and
convenient for you to meet with Mr. Simons.

Mr. Simons will reply to your request with either a confirmation for one of the time slots you selected or (in the unlikely event that both of the time slots you selected are already booked) a request to reschedule your conference.
